The estimate follows the published tier range and monthly minimum. It excludes onboarding, taxes, and separately quoted work or equipment.
Core is published for 5–9 users.
Project equipment, licenses, installation, and implementation work are reviewed against your selected agreement. Ask for a defined proposal for anything outside that scope.

Core, Pulse, and Apex are published monthly managed IT plans. Standalone installations, upgrades, and other work outside the selected agreement are quoted separately.
The published one-time onboarding fees are $500 for Core, $1,000 for Pulse, and $2,500 for Apex.
Core is published for 5–9 users, Pulse for 10–24 users, and Apex for 25 or more users. Contact our team to confirm the appropriate arrangement.
