THE SERVICE EXPLAINED

What this
service covers.

Enterprise inquiries start with the sites, systems, internal team, and project requirements. We discuss a defined work package or shared support arrangement, then confirm the resources and delivery responsibilities for each location.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

A defined technical project.
A clear delivery plan.

Share the outcome you need and the requirements your internal IT, facilities, and procurement teams must work within.

01

Networks and infrastructure

Discuss gateway, switching, Wi-Fi, cabling, and server work as a defined installation, review, or upgrade project.

02

Co-managed IT

Add agreed technical work alongside internal IT staff, with clear access, approvals, escalation, and administrator ownership.

03

Cloud-platform projects

Plan selected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup, migration, and administration work around your users and data requirements.

04

Computers and endpoint projects

Discuss device preparation, selected security-tool deployment, user access, and handover for the agreed environment.

05

Building technology

Coordinate cameras, electronic door access, and connectivity with facilities contacts and the relevant site vendors.

06

Multiple-location planning

Review every site’s access, equipment, schedule, local delivery needs, and support ownership before making a coverage commitment.

PLAN YOUR WORK

What your project
can include.

Our current local foundation is the DMV. Other locations, project capacity, specialist requirements, travel, and ongoing support are reviewed for the specific opportunity.

  • The systems, locations, and work package covered
  • Agreed resources, approvals, access, and delivery responsibilities
  • Project checks and acceptance requirements
  • Configuration records, handover, and remaining actions

03

Complete the work

Carry out the agreed tasks, check the functions in scope, and hand over administrator access, useful records, and remaining actions.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

Can you work alongside our internal IT department?

Yes. A co-managed arrangement or defined project can add technical capacity while keeping your organization’s approvals and system ownership clear.

Can one request cover several locations?

Yes, you can submit a multi-site request. We confirm delivery capability, access, travel, local resources, and support needs for each site before committing.

Do you automatically provide nationwide coverage?

No. The DMV is our current local foundation. Coverage for other locations is confirmed for the specific project, and expansion markets remain planned until established.

Can you work within procurement and acceptance requirements?

Share the required documentation, statement of work, access rules, work windows, and acceptance criteria. We review the opportunity requirements before proposing participation.

What should an enterprise request include?

Provide the site list, systems, project goals, internal contacts, desired schedule, and any supplier or technical requirements your organization has.
