THE SERVICE EXPLAINED

What this
service covers.

School IT connects the devices, accounts, applications, and building systems used throughout the school day. We help your team maintain the systems you already use and plan specific installations or upgrades.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

Support for your staff.
Technology for your campus.

Discuss the teaching spaces, staff needs, existing systems, and school schedule that the work must fit around.

01

Campus networks and Wi-Fi

Review connectivity in classrooms, offices, and agreed common areas. Plan network equipment, access points, and installation work.

02

Staff and classroom computers

Prepare or update agreed devices, applications, user accounts, and security settings, with clear handover responsibilities.

03

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Discuss account administration, collaboration tools, setup, and migration work for the platform and licenses your school uses.

04

Student, staff, and guest access

Review account roles and network access. Plan appropriate separation and administrator ownership for the selected systems.

05

Cameras and door access

Discuss camera coverage, recording access, controlled entrances, and compatible hardware as separately defined campus projects.

06

School-calendar project planning

Plan installation and upgrade windows around agreed access times, classroom use, staff availability, and vendor dependencies.

PLAN YOUR WORK

What your project
can include.

Support coverage, equipment, software licenses, cabling, and work outside normal access windows are confirmed in your proposal.

  • A list of the campuses, spaces, devices, and accounts covered
  • The agreed support tasks or installation and upgrade work
  • Function checks and remaining actions before handover
  • Administrator access and support responsibilities
GETTING STARTED

02

Review the options

Discuss a support plan or project proposal with the tasks, equipment, licenses, fees, responsibilities, and work windows included.

03

Complete the work

Carry out the agreed tasks, check the functions in scope, and hand over administrator access, useful records, and remaining actions.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

Can you help with both daily IT support and a one-time upgrade?

Yes. Discuss recurring support for selected systems or a separate project such as Wi-Fi installation, computer preparation, or a collaboration-platform migration.

Do you support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?

We can discuss setup, administration, migration, and account-support work for either platform. The required licenses and exact tasks are identified before the work.

Can student, staff, and guest access be separated?

We review the accounts, devices, and network equipment involved. The project can include separate access arrangements and permissions where the selected systems support them.

Can work be planned around the school calendar?

We agree on installation windows and site access with your school. Tell us about teaching hours, closures, exams, and deadlines when requesting a project.

Which information should we provide first?

Share your school location, buildings, approximate device and user counts, current platforms, and the issue or project you want help with.
