THE SERVICE EXPLAINED

What this
service covers.

Small and midsize businesses need IT that works without a full IT department. We support your users and devices, keep systems updated and protected, manage your email and files, and plan projects like new offices, network upgrades, and migrations. Monthly plans are priced per user, and projects are quoted separately.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

Everyday IT.
One team to call.

Most of our clients are businesses with 5 to 100 people and no full-time IT staff, or one person doing IT on top of another job.

01

Help desk for your team

Remote help with computers, accounts, email, printers, and everyday problems, through a clear support process.

02

Security basics, done right

Updates, antivirus and endpoint protection, email filtering, multi-factor sign-in, and backups set up and checked.

03

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Accounts, licenses, email, shared files, and new or departing employees managed for you.

04

Office networks and Wi-Fi

Internet, firewall, switches, and Wi-Fi planned and installed so the whole office stays connected.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

What size businesses do you work with?

Mostly businesses with 5 to 100 people. Our monthly plans start at 5 users, and larger teams get a plan sized to their users and locations.

How much does managed IT cost for a small business?

Our published plans start at $200 per user per month for 5 to 9 users, with a monthly minimum and a one-time onboarding fee. See the pricing page for each plan.

Do we need a monthly plan, or can we start with a project?

Either. Many businesses start with one project, like a network upgrade or a Microsoft 365 cleanup, and decide on ongoing support after.

We already have someone who handles IT. Can you help?

Yes. Co-managed IT adds our team alongside your person, with clear agreement on who handles what.

Do you come on site?

Most support is remote. On-site visits in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia are arranged when the work needs it.
