THE SERVICE EXPLAINED

What this
service covers.

Property technology brings together the systems used by your management team and shared building spaces. DCI TECH USA helps you review, install, upgrade, and support those systems as individual projects or through an agreed support plan.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

Technology for your office
and shared building spaces.

Start with the system that needs help. We connect the technical work with your property staff, site access, and existing vendors.

01

Management-office IT

Help with staff computers, email accounts, applications, printers, and the network used by the property office.

02

Shared-area Wi-Fi

Review connectivity in lobbies, community rooms, offices, and other agreed spaces. Plan access points, network settings, and cabling where needed.

03

Camera systems

Install or upgrade cameras and recording equipment around the coverage areas, viewing access, and storage your property needs.

04

Electronic door access

Plan readers, controllers, permissions, and compatible door hardware. Coordinate physical door work with the relevant property vendors.

05

Network improvements

Review switches, gateways, equipment cabinets, and connections supporting the building systems. Address configuration and upgrade needs.

06

Ongoing support or a single project

Choose help with a specific issue or discuss recurring support for selected systems. Your proposal explains the equipment and work included.

PLAN YOUR WORK

What your project
can include.

Building-wide systems, management-office IT, and individual resident requests are different scopes. Equipment, cabling, subscriptions, and third-party door or building work are listed in the proposal.

  • A written list of the building systems and work covered
  • The agreed equipment, installation, and configuration tasks
  • Checks of the connections and functions included in the project
  • Administrator access, handover notes, and support arrangements
GETTING STARTED

02

Review the options

Discuss a support plan or project proposal with the tasks, equipment, licenses, fees, responsibilities, and work windows included.

03

Complete the work

Carry out the agreed tasks, check the functions in scope, and hand over administrator access, useful records, and remaining actions.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

What technology can you help manage at a condominium?

We can discuss management-office IT, shared-area Wi-Fi, network equipment, cameras, and electronic door access. Tell us which systems you own and which are handled by other vendors.

Can we hire you for one upgrade rather than a monthly plan?

Yes. A camera, network, Wi-Fi, or access-control upgrade can be quoted as a separate project. Recurring support is a separate option.

Can you work with our property staff and existing vendors?

Yes. We identify the property contact, access arrangements, and vendor responsibilities before the work. Door, elevator, internet-provider, and other specialist work is coordinated where relevant.

Is support inside residents’ apartments included?

Resident requests are discussed separately. A community or management-office agreement does not automatically include every resident’s personal devices or apartment wiring.

Where do you provide property technology services?

DCI TECH USA’s current local service area is Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Share your property address so we can confirm the site requirements.
