YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

Do you support an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes. Tell us the tenant, subscriptions, user count, and required tasks so we can confirm the work and access needed.

Do all Microsoft 365 plans include the same features?

No. The selected plan determines available features and licensing. We verify requirements against your subscriptions before implementation.

Can you help with both migration and ongoing administration?

Yes. The migration work and recurring administration are separately defined so you can see what each proposal includes.

Can we request a one-time project?

Yes. A defined review, installation, upgrade, or implementation can be discussed separately from ongoing support.

What information should we send first?

Send your organization, location, user or device count, affected systems, and the issue or outcome you need. Include important dates and site-access requirements.
