Network administration for offices, condominium communities, and schools in the DMV. Review your internet connection, Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, and the devices relying on them.

01

Network inventory

Identify the gateway, switches, access points, internet service, and administrator ownership.

02

Wi-Fi review

Discuss coverage gaps, connection problems, device counts, and the spaces needing attention.

03

Network separation

Plan staff, guest, and device networks and the access rules supported by compatible equipment.

04

Gateway and switch settings

Review the agreed routing, switching, firewall, and management configurations.

05

UniFi installation and upgrades

Connect administration with a separately scoped Ubiquiti UniFi deployment or equipment upgrade.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you
get started.

Have a different question?

Call (240) 503-1611 or send us a message. We reply by email or phone.

Do you work with an existing network?

Yes. Share the equipment, internet provider, symptoms, and administrator access available. We review the current system before recommending changes.

Can you manage Wi-Fi and connected building systems?

We can discuss the network supporting Wi-Fi, cameras, and door access. Device-specific installation and support are defined separately.

Is network administration the same as a new installation?

Administration concerns agreed existing equipment and settings. A new network, cabling work, or hardware replacement is a separately defined project.

Can we request a one-time project?

Yes. A defined review, installation, upgrade, or implementation can be discussed separately from ongoing support.

What information should we send first?

Send your organization, location, user or device count, affected systems, and the issue or outcome you need. Include important dates and site-access requirements.
