Javier Subuyuj Madrid founded DCI TECH USA in 2019 with a clear mission — to give small and mid-size businesses in the DC metro area access to the same quality of IT infrastructure that large enterprises rely on every day. What started as a solo consulting practice has grown into a 12-person team serving clients across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
With deep expertise in enterprise technology infrastructure — gained through hands-on experience at Equinix, one of the world's leading data center and colocation companies — Javier brings an enterprise-grade perspective to every client engagement, regardless of company size. He understands how the world's most demanding organizations design and protect their technology environments, and he applies those same principles to DCI TECH USA's managed IT practice.
In 2026, Javier expanded DCI TECH's footprint internationally with the founding of DCI TECH Guatemala SA — bringing the same technology standards and service philosophy to businesses in Central America. He is also an active SAM.gov registered federal contractor, positioning DCI TECH USA to serve government clients and defense contractors across the DMV.

2019
Javier Subuyuj Madrid launches DCI TECH, providing managed IT consulting services to small businesses across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The company's first clients include nonprofits and professional services firms in the DC area.
Navigating the Pandemic — and Growing Through It
2020
As businesses scrambled to enable remote work, DCI TECH becomes a critical partner for clients transitioning to cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365. The company's proactive IT model proves its value — clients stay operational while others struggle.
HIPAA & Cybersecurity Specialization
2022
DCI TECH formalizes its compliance practice, launching HIPAA-aligned IT services for healthcare practices and CMMC support for Northern Virginia defense contractors. The compliance specialization becomes a key differentiator in the DMV market.
Team Expansion & Federal Registration
2024
DCI TECH USA grows to a 12-person team and registers on SAM.gov as a federal contractor (UEI: PE2HM2PBG5M4), opening the door to government contracts and defense sector engagements across the DMV region.
DCI TECH Guatemala SA — International Expansion
2025
Javier founds DCI TECH Guatemala SA, extending the DCI TECH brand to Central America. The international entity enables cross-border technology delivery and positions DCI TECH for global growth while maintaining its DMV roots.
